"Fantastic location, beautiful old building, lovely furnishings. My only issue was lack of AC. Most of the year its not an issue, but it was around 35 celsius. I got upgraded to a large suite with a balcony, which was nice, but still hot and stuffy. Brand new owner assured me next time AC would be working."

"9.9997 rating hahaha. They were amazing. But they didnt turn their jacuzzi up. Nor did they have a refrigerator or microwave, nor did they have a seaker system in the room. With al that (like killer hotels in los angeles) they woukd have scored a perfect 10. But truly, they deserve the 9.99997. Awesome, sweet service, gorgeous hotel, beautiful pool area. They are among the very best. Thank you Casa Kloster! We love you!"

"Arrived at midnight and called the hotel. They immediately sent a shuttle for us at the airport. 4 min distance only! Staff is friendly, rooms are very clean . Complimentary breakfast! Excellent service! Def recommend!"
