The perfect summer rental! Lovely and spacious layout with a coveted corner lot boasting panoramic views of the Santa Ynez mountains and across red tiles roofs to the SB mission. This well-decorated home has nearly 3,100 square feet of living space and outdoor patios with multiple sitting areas. Super convenient in-town location, only five minutes to downtown, dining and beaches. The primary bedroom has an ensuite large bathroom and walk-in closets. Very walkable established neighborhood that is perfect for those wanting to walk daily with their dog. Available June 5 through August 24, 30-day minimum.
