"I stayed in 3 different hotels while visiting El Salvador, and this was by far the best. The staff is friendly and attentive, the pool area is beautiful and clean, the room is spacious and comfortable. Their restaurant on site is good, with the breakfast being the best meal I had. Also, I recommend their massage. Overall would stay here many times again."

"We stayed at Equinoccio for our 1-year wedding anniversary and it was absolutely incredible, so I felt compelled to leave a review. This locally-owned hotel felt like a true boutique experience: the views were amazing, the rooms were clean and had really good A/C and the facility is pristine. The amenities included a restaurant/bar, jet ski/boating, and transportation. One of the most notable things was the above and beyond hospitality. The staff are amazing - welcoming and attentive. We never had to flag anyone down because they always checked on us. It really made us feel special. Further, the manager Carlos was incredible. After a visit to a coffee farm he offered to personally pick us up. He shared the hotel's philosophy on supporting the local community, from the people he hired to the ingredients in the meals. That's something you don't experience often A very nice and welcome surprise was the AMAZING food. Quite literally some of the best authentic Salvadoran food we had while on the trip. They also roast their own coffee and I'm actually drinking a cup of their coffee as I type this. Let me tell you - I don't write reviews often, but Equinnocio is amazing and I hope it remains a staple in the area. Please do yourself the favor and stay here."

"Huge rooms and beautiful property. I couldn’t see the volcano from my deck, I had to climb up on a thing to see it though. "

"To me was terrible; first when I made the reservation the property pictures looked such a nice place. Secondly a call to fine out the code access. They couldn’t fine my reservation then they change and sent me to another place which took me a lot of time to find the out. Make wasting time and gasoline."
