"I love staying at this hotel. Hacienda Santa Barbara, an upscale mall is joined to the hotel. You have clothing stores, supermarket, drug store and a wonderful organic market/restaurant. When you exit the mall, there is a pedestrian area with a wonderful outdoor market whit art crafts and beautiful stores and restaurants. "This hotel is nothing but a joke. Booked a 5 nights through Expedia and when I arrived they had sold my room to other guests since they already had been paid by Expedia. I had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours then booked another hotel at 3 am and had to pay it again. The hotel is old and unpleasant and the front desk is a complete disaster, I am surprised they are still open for business. They should be ashamed. If you want to have a miserable/horrible time than this dumpster is for you."
