"This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good if not better than the 1st time. The location is great! We were there for Memorial weekend so it was a little busy but if you are good with walking parking isnt a big deal. Place is clean, host is awesome and super close to main strip on Balboa. The common area between the beds was a converted patio totally finished which is fine, but there were large gaps that allowed some bugs to come in.
