Even though we arrived late we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. They also prepared us dinner upon arrival."

"The hotel is a taste of real Italy. Located a few miles outside of a small town. The hotel was clean and what we want when we travel. Located on a lake, where the towns people come and enjoy the beach, was just so pleasant. The restaurant at the hotel attracts the local people, and the food was amazing. We were the only English speakers, although the younger members of the hotel staff were eager to assist us at every opportunity. We would love to go back. "

"The person who met us upon our arrival was very nice and friendly but unfortunately our experience with the person who supposed to serve the breakfast was completely different. He came late (we were looking for the breakfast items in the refrigerate placed in the dining room) and dressed, well let say it nicely, very inappropriate. His pants were so low that we could see the top of his underwear which, being with two kids, I founded VERY inappropriate. He was more interested in the conversation...

"La reception è stata pessima. E' dovuta intervenire la proprietaria per risolvere. Abbiamo pagato online e la persona che era alla reception non voleva farci entrare, nonostante avessimo la ricevuta di pagamento (e lo abbiamo anche avvertito diverse ore prima di arrivare!)."
