"I had a really lovely stay. Staff was amazing; they initially assigned a room next to the elevator and then relocated me to a much quieter room. The room was clean. Maybe small things that may be considered, having more than 1 small bottle of body shower or 1 small soap bar, or having a bottle of water with a glass or two or even a kettle are small things but make the ambience feel a bit more welcoming. Overall, really lovely place though and will return."

"This hotel was perfect for our stay for three days. Quiet hotel with easy access to restaurants and a short taxi ride to city centre and all the attractions. The staff were friendly and breakfast was top notch. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"This is a beautiful hotel located off the beaten path while still keeping you within walking distance to public transportation. There is parking. However, it is limited and I would definitely recommend utilizing the public transportation. The location and scenery are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is a beautifully maintained, what I would assume was once a regal residence. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unlike many other locations, we have stayed in in Italy. The television offerings were also far greater in variety. This was good for when we finally made it back in the evenings after touring Rome all day."

"It was wonderful breakfast was delicious,workers are understable/nice,and just so lovely,but the pool was a little cold for my family,but overall this hotel is the my favorite place I have stayed at in Rome."
Mercure Roma Corso Trieste

"They staff, from the desk to the restaurant, could not be more welcoming and helpful. That being said, the standard rooms are dated and need updates and the amenities are not great. Also, the hotel is not very central so expect large Uber or Taxi fares to get anywhere. On top of that, the hotel experienced a power outage from 10:30pm until 10am on our last night, and not one person contacted me to see if I was okay. As a handicapped person, on the sixth floor, that was not very comforting. Additionally, upon checkout, no accommodation was made, which was disappointing."
