"The back exterior wall of this hotel still bears a huge Sheraton logo. They have not been part of that chain for 10+ years. The halls are a bit musty and the elevators reflect neglect and the staff do not show true hospitality. A decent place to stay if you have an early morning flight from Genoa Airport, but that’s the only reason I’d stay here."

"Overall the staying was ok. The big issue I found was on the Food and Beverage department. Went to the lobby/bar and waited for 10-15 minutes and nobody showed up. I found out later by asking that the bar was on the terrace. Went to the bar at the 7th level. Waited for another 15’ and nobody showed up either.
