"Beautiful spot to stay and explore that part of Italy. Winding road to get there but worth it. Very comfortable furniture throughout and well maintained. We didn’t cook meals, but the kitchen was well stocked. Just telling friends that you stayed in a castle built in the 1400’s is worth it. "

"Spectacular view, beautiful gardens, lovely home, difficult to reach, many stairs and winding road."

"Das Ferienhaus ist gut beschrieben, es bietet auch bei Regenwetter genügend Platz und mit dem Tischkicker viel Spass. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist abenteuerlich steil, schmal und kurvenreich, die Autobahn Tag und Nacht zu hören ( bei offenem Fenster). Der Kontakt zur Agentur klappt hervorragend, auf Nachfrage wurde umgehend die Heizung angeschaltet. Als Teetrinker vermissten wir große Tassen. Die Terrasse konnten wir wetterbedingt kaum nutzen. Der Blick ist aber toll und landschaftstypisch, Genua...

"We really enjoyed our time here very much. The villa is well-maintained and has everything that you would need for a beautiful getaway. The host was so nice and helpful, and the walk down to the water from the house is definitely worth it. The views are spectacular from several vantage points, and we loved the indoor/outdoor feel of the property."

"Terrace: perfect sea view, new nice lounge area and new dining table (differing to pictures). Kitchen: well equipped find also different spices. Kitchen hood was greasy (lighting cover missing) and basins could not be closed. Housekeeping room: here you will find washing machine, sink, mop, small broom, waste containers, several cleaning and anti-mosquit agents. You can realize that the bathroom (also the house) is getting a bit long in the tooth, but everything is working perfect, especially...

"The place was very comfortable, even for a large group. The outdoor patio had several seating areas, which i enjoyed. We were glad to find it was near a Tossini focacceria and a Carefour market. It was a great base for exploring all around Liguria!"

"Fabiola was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. The house was lovely and had an amazing view. It was a bit hard to find since we came in at night but Fabiola was super helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again for sure."

Prime location, walkable to major tourist sites

"Excellent hotel with brilliant location in the centre of Genoa. Almost every major site is walkable from the hotel. Because of the prime location however, the hotel only provides valet parking (at a fee). Room was great, as was breakfast. We didn’t try the bar or restaurants so cannot comment. There are plenty of food options available around the hotel, and it felt very safe to walk around during the daytime and evenings. "
