From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking mountain views unfolded before us, a vast, majestic panorama that instantly relaxed the soul. The profound quiet of the surroundings was almost magical; it was the kind of deep stillness that ensured we all slept profoundly, like babies. Waking up was equally delightful, as breakfast was a true celebration of local agritourism. The wonderful variety of fresh foods, particularly the exquisite, melt-in-your-mouth pastries, made for a perfect start to our day. Borgo San Martino offered an authentic and tranquil escape for our family."

"Pete and jools are honestly two of the nicest people we have ever met. Nothing was too much for them and they always went the extra mile. We stayed here for 1 week for our wedding in Pennapiedimonte - we arrived to a care package of items for dinner that night due to the time we arrived. They also placed items in the fridge so we were able to have a cold drink / tea ect. On arrival they showed us around, gave us all the information needed for the stay and were so lovely to us from the beginning. As it was for our wedding we had family / friends staying local and they allowed them to come up and spend time with us at the pool and in the house itself. They welcomed my family in on the day of my wedding and even helped the car ect reach us. They offered for me to use their home itself for my getting ready photos and I was so thankful to them for everything they done for us whilst we stayed here. Honestly the best place I have ever stayed. They even gave us a beautiful wedding gift / card and provided a drink for me and my mother / bridesmaids on my wedding day! It’s definitely a home away from home. I will be recommending this gem to everyone I know and even those I don’t. Thank you so much for making a special week even more special. Your home will forever have a place in our hearts. We really are gutted to be leaving. Thank you so much again . "

"What a beautiful place to end our travels in Italy. The region of Abruzzo is stunning and the villa is well appointment and ideal for a large group to spread out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals indoors or a La fresco in the lovely gardens. We visited during Pasquetta and were so well taken care of by Silviu and his wife who own a little cafe and pizzeria in town, the pizza was some of the best we had. There is so much to see in the neighboring towns and we highly recommend the hike to see the Cascada di San Giovanni. Although we were visiting while the pool was not open we still were able to enjoy sitting on the lounge furniture to relax and take in the sunshine. We highly recommend staying here and wish we could have had a few more days to take in more of the sights of the area."

"It's a good hotel to stop overnight if you are on the road. There's not much around it, and getting to places (e.g. restaurants) requires a car. But the property is clean and beds were comfortable."

"Vincent, Anna his mother were so nice. They did have a washer but no dryer. Breakfast was great. Coffee and tea was available 24 hrs. The vies were incredible a bit of of a challenge to locate because it is next to the main residence. Loved the space very clean safe and handicappable access no issues. We did ask for fresh towels but with the language they did not arrive "
