"Beautiful property down a quaint alley close to the train station. No need to take a water taxi with your bags as it is a 3 min walk from the train station. Easy access to the water taxis to take in Venice, Murano and Burano. Breakfast is outstanding with an array of pastries, cheeses and meats. Excellent espresso machine and many juices. Our reservation included breakfast but it may have been an add-on."

"The hotel was in a great location for taking the water taxi and traveling the quick walk from the drop off point. The room was very clean and the staff were sweet and very accommodating. We only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy more sights from this quieter yet central location."

"Absolutely amazing stay in Venice!! For a city that can be quite expensive accommodation-wise, this was such an amazing deal! The room was cleaned and bed made daily. Beds and pillow were suppperr comfy with hotel grade linen. Shared bathroom was luxurious and large, with rain forest shower head and gorgeous luxe products, also cleaned daily. Staff were very kind and generous, let us store our bags a whole day extra as our flight was in the evening. And breakfast was included!! Full english with deli meats, sweets, coffee and juice! Decor and interior were beautiful, classical italian/ venetian features with simple traditional antique furniture. Some other reviews we read complained about noise from a bar, but we could not hear anything from our room and slept very well! Reccomending to everyone I can and will be staying here every time we come to Venice! Oh and also a beautil little pug you can meet! Thank you very much for our wonderful stay!! P.S this is not a paid review, we honestly just loved it so much!!"
