"The service at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were not only friendly but also remarkably attentive — they knew guests by name and remembered individual requests. All of our preferences were accommodated promptly and to the highest standard. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistently excellent and scheduled at a time that was most convenient for us. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within a comfortable 5–10 minute walk. Overall, our experience was seamless and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended."

"Great hotel to stay at. Located in the heart of Florence walking distance to all the attractions and places to see. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and basic. Room was clean. A bit of noise from the outside life, but it was ok. The train station is about a 20 min walk. I had no vehicle so unknown about parking. Scoot parking seemed abundant. The staff were multilingual and very friendly. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"We were here for only one night due to a train transfer to Rome airport but this was an excellent choice. There is an underground tunnel immediately outside the front door that leads to the train station. Breakfast opened at 7am which was perfect considering most other hotels we stayed at started later. This allowed us to grab a quick bite prior to departure. The area outside can be quite congested due to the train station but it is less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and 20-25 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. At breakfast ( located at the 5th level), the spread was abundant and we were blown away by the views including the Duomo. There is an outstanding rooftop as well. The room was large by European standards with a very high ceiling and wood coffered. They had complimentary cold drinks and juices in the fridge. All in all, we had stayed here 20 years ago and were very impressed with the updates and the makeover. The staff were all very accommodating and pleasant. Would easily stay here again. "

"This was the second stay for us at the Hotel Santa Maria Novella. All that we loved about it the first time we enjoyed again. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good, the bar is fantastic, the location is fabulous for walking around the core area of Florence. While we did get an upgrade with a sitting area, the room was a bit dark, but our kids' room was very bright with a great view as was the case with our first visit. We would definitely return on our next trip to Firenze!"

"This magnificent, luxurious hotel is located at the centre of everything. Just a short walk to the Duomo, to various markets, to wonderful little restaurants and so many shops. We truly loved our stay at Bernini Palace. The service was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations and reservations. Truly a pleasure. The daily breakfast buffet was just excellent. So much variety and beautifully presented. The rooms were just stunning. The decor and service levels added to the enjoyment of our stay in Florence. Thank you to all the staff at Bernini Palace for making our visit to Florence even more memorable."
