"Het huis ligt op een prachtige plek die echter alleen via een moeilijk begaanbaar bergweg te bereiken is. Op zich een fijn huis maar getuigt van onverschillig onderhoud - het bestek zat nog in plastic, de laden van de koelkast ook. De keuken was vettig en het meubilair doorgezakt. Maar wel 2 ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en prima woonkamer. Buiten alle ruimte"

"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die südliche Toskana zu erkunden. Nochmals 1000 Dank! Liebe Grüße Dani, Nicole und...

"The appartment can be reached by car, but a SUV is highly recommended as the road is "offroad" quality". Valentina offered help whenever we needed help. The appartment does NOT have a washing machine, but Valentina helped with an option to wash in the other appartment. The kitchen equipment could be improved. Ther location is fantastic and calm."

"Wir haben die alleinlage genossen und uns gut erholt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und komplett eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die anfänglichen Probleme mit dem Internet, wurden sofort von einem Techniker behoben. Die Lage am Waldrand, bietet die Möglichkeit für schöne Wanderungen und Sparziergänge mit dem Hund. Das Kieswerk hat uns nicht gestört."

"Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Alles hat auf den Punkt gepasst. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem wunderbaren Garten. Einfach zum abschalten und wohlfühlen.Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war bestens und sehr nett. Haben uns 14 Tage sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. wohlfühlen. W"

The villa is nice, lovely pool, nice outdoor kitchen, lovely view and the owner is very friendly and helpful and has left lots of helpful information for guests about the sites and restaurants.
