"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. The owner is really helpful and welcoming."

"Unsere kleine Wohnung im ersten Stock war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Wohnküche so geräumig, dass unsere zwei Kinder (1 und 3) toll spielen konnten. Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus...

"Belpoggio was a gorgeous villa with a stunning view. It was clean, easy to get to town, the store and for vendors to find. The host, Federico, was super friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and a beautiful blue, and I can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!"

"The house is located on a hillside with lovely views. It is surrounded by olive trees, peaceful spot. There are cats and donkeys on the terrain, very likeable animals. The landlord was very friendly and helpful all through our stay. The house itself is spacious and well equipped with all necessities. No luxury, but we found all we needed. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Campi di Sotto! Sara et Simone sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. Le contact est facile et très agréable ! L'arrivée au gîte se fait de manière simple et Sara donne tous les détails utiles. Le gîte correspond à la description et aux photos... mais en mieux ! Difficile de ne pas tomber sous le charme de cette magnifique bâtisse et de ses extérieurs tellement magnifique. Et que dire de la piscine ! Bref notre semaine en Ombrie fut magique....

"Complete tranquility in the Italian countryside. Cecilia, our host, met us to show us the way to this amazing country house, full of character which had everything you could possibly need. She had also bought shopping for us which was so appreciated when we arrived early evening after a long day travelling. "The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....
