"We absolutely loved Masseria Torre Saracena and were so happy to have booked our stay here. The building is an elegantly restored historic stone structure. Each room has a small private balcony with views of the surrounding valleys, hills, town of Aggrigento, and ocean in the distance. We also had a view from the bathroom window of the stone cliffs behind us.
The property is located in the foothills outside of Aggrigento, very conveniently located to town and all of the Valley of the Temples...
"La struttura è situata a pochi passa dalla.famosa Scala dei Turchi. La nostra camera per due era situata al piano terra, nonostante fosse fronte strada, non si sentivano rumori o fastidi. La colazione servita in terrazza con una vista stupenda. Il must della struttura è il proprietario gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile. "The property is absolutely lovely. A quiet relaxing place. I wished I had more time to enjoy sitting outside at the property. Great variety for breakfast. Lovely countryside. There was a family there with children and the children were free to roam and enjoy the property. Would recommend. "
"The property itself is nice… a 17th century house with all the modern conveniences of an elevator, AC, and new en suite bathrooms. Squeaky clean. Tasty restaurant attached. The only downside is this place is surrounded by cinderblock apartments, so the views are not as atmospheric as the hotel itself. We kept our windows closed for the most part, and did not enjoy the balcony. We did enjoy the sounds of children from the elementary school next door. It’s not quiet, but it’s happy."

"Agrigento it's a place you have to sleep,to visit the Temples area. It's the only reason. I loved the pizza Cori, that is located 400 meters at the left of the hotel."
"What an AMAZING place to stay! The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Sciacca. It is built into the Cliff side so you start on floor zero and go down to floor -6 for the pool. All of the staff is incredible and very helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, and every room has an ocean view. Down on the bottom floor is an indoor & outdoor pool (with a bar and food service). 2 beaches: Calm Beach (adults only and Rocky) and main beach which is sandy and is much larger and has specific chairs for guests with umbrellas. They also have kayaks & SUPs that you can use for free. The ocean was crystal clear & the water was refreshing. There is a train that will take you down to the beach and runs every 15 to 20 minutes.
3 restaurants on site: a sushi restaurant, a pizzeria and a traditional Sicilian restaurant. The menus are all slightly limited, so check the menus before booking your reservations. We ended up going to Sciacca for 2 dinners and it was WAY better and less expensive. They also have a buffet, where you also get breakfast.
AMAZING resort with incredible staff. We highly recommend Mangia’s to stay! We were an adult couple with boys 9 & 11 and my mother in law. Perfect for everyone and we all agreed we didn’t want to leave!! "
