"Lovely location near Spello old city. Great pool which was used every day of our stay."

"The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. Most impottantly, Nadia, the owner is the most conscientious and solicitous of host. She speaks admirable English and visited every other day to check we were OK and to to clean...

"Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable. The million dollar view of the grove & surrounding hills from the sun room was a daily treat. Elisa has decorated the cottage with impeccable taste. "The combined house was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very nice and so was his dog. The accommodation needed some maintenance though. The sink was a bit clogged up, nothing was really clean and some of the appliances needed to be renewed. We chose this accommodation partly because of the child friendliness with a playground and because of the possibility to dine at its restaurant. However the only thing that was left from what used to be a playground was a swing. Everything...

"Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes). The Property Management team are all very helpful and the food the prepare is very good as well as the local restaurants. "We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in het gezellige huis met zijn zeer grote omheinde tuin (1000 m) de woning is comfortabel en de gastheren hebben meer dan hun best gedaan om ons welkom te heten. In de koelkast stond al een biertje en frisdrank koud op ons te wachten. De omgeving is mooi en het meer is aangenaam van temperatuur. (Assisi is overigens zeer de moeite waard om te bekijken.) Afscheid was erg hartelijk we kregen zelfs een prachtige litho mee van een van de eigenaren. Top verblijf!"

"Ein wunderschöner Ort, wir blicken in einen Olivenhain, mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten und aufmerksamen Gastgeberin. Das Ferienhaus atmet eine lange Geschichte und ist komplett ausgestattet. Und es liegt am Tiberpad, hier in der Nähe kann man bereits ans Ufer kommen und es fließen sehen und hören. So schön!"
