"We loved this hotel. The room was large and so comfortable for our family of four. Bathroom was equally large. The view was great. We ate at the restaurant and watched the sunset - other than the very loud large group - which is not the hotel’s fault- it was amazing. The walk to Sorrento is longer than described, from the ferry per my phone it was 1.7 miles and 37 minutes. We did not mind, but it is good to know as everyone says 20 minutes. Taxis were easy and hotel was great about getting them....

"Be warned: This hotel is not located at the address it claims. If you get there, they direct you to the "annex location" which you need a code to enter. They don't give you the code, and when you text them, they want to send you to a THIRD location. All of this in busy, downtown Napoli where driving is difficult. "The nicest accommodation we came across at the price range between Paris and Pompeii. We would absolutely book another stay here again. The room was clean, and beautifully furnished. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is not a traditional "hotel" but rather 4 apartments converted to very nice rooms. Our 2 rooms had balconies overlooking the garden with a view of a mountain. "Less than 5 minutes to get into Napoli Central train station and easy walking to many things 15-20 minutes away in all directions. Tons of taxis available at the station with many food and shopping choices. Only complaint was that the shower doesn’t have any shelves or places to put soaps and shampoo. Overall, a very nice property, and I would stay again. WiFi could be a little sluggish but the smart TV was a good size and allows you to sign into your streaming accounts. "

"Really good location as it is literally across from the central station and where you get the airbus to the airport. Lot of weird figures around outside but that’s just the beauty of naples. Check in was easy and as we arrived early in the morning, the reception said we could leave our bags in reception and go see the city. Everything is code locks in the hotel which you get sent before, so we only spoke to a person when dropping bags off in the morning. Overall, very clean, comfy and nice...

"Had a nice apartment perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool was very cold though but you have the beach nearby. Parking is charged at €20 a night for small cars so that's something to take into account however everywhere charges for parking in Amalfi."

"This hotel was truly a gem. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was kind and generous. BUT, the area was very dodgy. The staff kindly assisted us with cabs to get us out of the area. That’s the only complaint. Honestly, I would stay there again. "
