"We had the most wonderful stay at Casas Brancas Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The hotel’s breathtaking views over the bah are truly amazing — especially at sunset from the pool area. Our room was beautifully designed, peaceful, and clean. The attention to detail throughout the property, from the decor to the service, reflects the care and pride the team puts into creating an exceptional experience. A very special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect — always ready with a smile. Big shout out to the breakfast staff as the menu and options were some of the best we have ever had. Casas Brancas is truly a gem in Búzios. We left feeling relaxed, cared for, and already planning our return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for elegance, tranquility, and world-class hospitality."

"What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap. The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though. The area is in a good location, walkable to all the shopping and the beach. But there must be better options in Búzios."

"El hotel es lindo y bastante básico, cumple con lo necesario para una estadía corta. El wifi funciona bien y el aire acondicionado enfría muchísimo, punto muy a favor. Ahora, el gran tema: las escaleras. Para llegar a la habitación hay que subir 71 escalones. No es una exageración. Llegás cansado, y si bajás a desayunar y te olvidaste algo en la habitación… es para arrepentirse seriamente. No es apto para personas con movilidad reducida ni para quienes no quieran hacer ejercicio obligatorio 😅. La limpieza en general es buena, aunque un día no limpiaron la habitación. Al reclamar, en recepción (donde se deja la llave) respondieron que había que avisar si queríamos limpieza, lo cual resulta extraño, ya que justamente dejar la llave suele implicar eso. La ubicación es buena, pero hay que tener en cuenta que Búzios tiene muchos morros, así que prepárense para caminar bastante y en subida. El desayuno está bien, correcto, continental como corresponde, sin lujos pero cumple. En resumen: buen hotel si buscás algo simple, bien ubicado y funcional, siempre y cuando no te molesten las escaleras."

"Staff was nice. Location is awesome. But the bedroom was not clean and the bathroom was dirty. Bed linen was clean and fresh but the floor was dirty and the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Very noisy neighborhood at late hours. "

"La habitacion estaba limpia, y la gente que atiende en el restaurante es extremadamente genial y cortes pero la gente de recepcion no lo es. Estuvimos sin wifi el primer dia, no pudimos avisarle a nuestras familias que llegamos, pedimos que lo resuelvan y nos mintieron diciendo que el tecnico llegaba el primer dia. A la mañana siguiente fuimos para pedir que por favor resueltan la situacion pero el supervisor fue extremadamente grosero y nos dijo que le estabamos quitando su tiempo. A la tarde ya pedimos de nuevo ayuda y si bien el chico de recepcion nos di otro cuarto( aparentemente solo el nuestro no tenia wifi) cuando pedi compensacion me salieron con que ese cambio de habitacion era suficiente. Por favor que los entrenen porque no saben tratar con respeto a sus huespedes. Ellos arruinan el viaje asi que si te quedas aca, no esperes nada de hospitalidad por parte de ellos."
