We actually did not stay at this property longer than 30 minutes on our first reservation, we had to walk out after we arrived at the property (on another booking made through a separate platform a few days before) and found the property to be unsafe and unfit. "Reservierung lag bei Ankunft nicht vor. Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war nicht kompetent. Sprach überhaupt keine Fremdsprache. Wir hatten auch das Gefühl,dass sie es nicht wollte. Bekamen nicht das Zimmer,was wir wollten. Wollte sogar Feiertagszuschlag kassieren +20€. Das Zimmer und die Bettwäsche roch nach Rauch.Badezimmer an der Decke Schimmelbefall. Konnte kaum schlafen,da noch weit nach Mitternacht laut auf dem Flur diskutiert wurde. Frühstück war das Schlechteste während unserer ganzen...
