"Very welcoming and friendly host who went out of his way to work around my schedule. Comfortable room and bathroom with amazing views from the terrace. Excellent location in central Bologna too. "

"Everything good. Just one thing they can improve on . Check in information for someone one that has no Wi-Fi is a little difficult since doors are controlled by WiFi app. Also they have air conditioning in room but not in the rest of the house which was hot and unbearable."
