"We found ourselves in Vic late at night after a rental car break down and had to find last-minute accommodations. Up Rooms Vic saved our day! The late-night hotel staff was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL -- I wish I had gotten her name. The room was lovely, breakfast was nice, the surrounding area was very walkable/runnable, and we were minutes from the train station the next morning."

Service is brilliant and the room very clean with water refilled everyday.Very welcoming at reception and they offer a lift on the golf cart to other restaurant. Food was great in all places. "Had to take an overnight stop before a morning flight from Girona airport, so a hotel closeby was a must. Booked this hotel through Expedia along with my flight, and it couldn't be better. Everything was spotless, the staff were superb, the room was large and well-appointed. Most hotels I stay in have one common 'fault' - a double room with only one chair! This place had 2 chairs, and a table, and another chair behind the desk. I arrived early so had a quick drink at the bar while my room was finished - €3.50 for a large cold beer... yes! The pool was cool and clean, with a pool bar open all day until late, and we also had a gym and sauna, which we were allowed to use free for the first hour. Food was delicious and not too pricy, and although we were only 5 minutes drive from the airport (using the free airport shuttle) there was very little, if any, aircraft noise sat out by the pool. All in all, an absolute bargain at £88 a night, including the marvellous breakfast! Next time I fly to/from Girona I'll be arriving a day early to have another stay. Thoroughly recommended."

"The hotel spaces and especially our room were exquisitely decorated, calm and peaceful and in excellent condition. It was very hot while we were there, but the air-con worked very well. The shower was powerful and controllable. The guest pool was great (we did not use either spa, this visit) and empty at 7:30 am. Breakfast was very good and we only paid £7 each per day. Dinner seemed a little expensive for a limited buffet, but the food was well cooked and tasty. The bar was small but really comfortable, with a fair choice of wines and beers, and offered some nice looking bar food. All staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue was some irritating insects, which really required insect repellent as soon as you get out your car. Otherwise, this resort is lovely and we had a great couple of nights here. "
