Apartment completely renovated and very well equipped, for 6 people where to enjoy the holidays.

Bright and cozy dining-living room where to relax and spend special moments with friends and family, large terrace with views to the urbanization and outdoor furniture.
Fans to each room (portable air conditioning in the dining room) bathroom with shower.
2 rooms: 1 bed x 1.40, 2 beds x 90 + 1 bed x 90 + sofa-bed.
Apartment located in the Bon Relax area near the town center and Amfora beach, perfect place for kayaking, windsurfing or bike tours. Without missing the visit in Els Aiguamolls de l’Empordà that are one of the natural spaces of Catalonia in which a greater variety of animal species is observed.
Outdoor parking and communal pool. (Right to pool July and August).
Groups under 25 are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed.

Très bruyant

Très belle vue du balcon et équipement complet. Cependant l’appartement est très mal isolé. La seule fermeture d’un volet crée une résonance. Voisins très bruyants la nuit en plus des chiens qui aboient ++. Système de climatisation obsolète, le bac doit être vidé toutes les deux heures. Nous n’avons pas passé les vacances les plus reposantes. Preparez-vous a muscler les mollets et cuisses car pas d’ascenseur!
