"Reception is at a different location that apartment. Tv wasn’t working due to broken cable. Apartment smelled old. Bathroom sync was slow to drain and smelled. Lots of flying bugs even though windows were closed. One light in bathroom was burned creating a darker bathroom because of dark brown shower tiles. AC was working on main living room but spotty on bedrooms. "

"The shower wasn’t functioning, 1st day water was spilling all over the floor from the shower and we had to clean the floor with the towels, when asked for extra towels they sent a $$$$. Next 2 days had to settle with cold showers, the 1st thing of the day cold shower ruined the morning (especially for kids). I would definitely not stay here again. "

"Lovely, comfortable property with grocery stores and restaurants very close. It is a classic Barcelona property. Vibrant neighborhood. Centrally located with access to metro right around the corner. Miguel was a wealth of information on shopping and restaurants. Milena was so helpful at check-in and even arranged transportation for us to the airport. Her recommendation for the flamenco show was spot on too. They both were so helpful and informative and made our stay very pleasant."

"This place was fantastic and convenient! We travelled with family, and access to a lift/elevator and proximity to the train or buses, groceries and dining options around the area were excellent. Great kitchen and dining area made it really comfortable for our 9 night stay. This is a great location to base yourself, while very quiet and safe in the area. Communication from the management team exceeded expectations and was really happy overall. Would absolutely recommend! "

"The place is good for a weekend get away from the city, the beach is super clean and a walk away from your camp door. The bathrooms are super clean and the glam camping tents were pretty great. Only issue was the towels were 13 euro and not included as stated in the property listing (Expedia)"
