"The hotel and staff was one of the best we have been too and the breakfast buffet offered was amazing with so much variety. The only negative thing noticed is the “security” person that stands there extremely rude making a “shhhhhhh” sound to my kids who were laughing on the first floor. Very strange and unwelcoming. "

"The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was ecxellent. It reminded me of my home back in Sydney. The staff at reception were friendly, courteous and polite. They have a ramp for access that is accessible.for luggage. I arrived a bit before 12.00am and the access was closed which is understandable for security reasons. Hotel was close to the train station and the bus stop is right outside."

We got terrific recommendations from the front desk staff about sightseeing/excursions. It’s perfectly located to take full advantage of the fantastic metro system. And the view + live music on the rooftop terrace was just dreamy. Great area for an easy walk to many great restaurant options, too."
