"We left our bags at the front desk when we checked out while we went to lunch. When we came back to get them they said they gave one of our bags to someone else. One of our carry on bags was given to another person. We had to leave the hotel because we are now late for our flight. They said they would locate the bag and send it our way but we just hope that is true."

"I traveled with my wife and friends couple. We enjoyed staying this hotel but little comments. My room has two single beds attached together, room heater did not work but very clean bathtub. So we took bath every day. Little chilly in the room. My friend select double size bed and room heater was working ok. But they have just shower. At the check in time hotel stuff asked one big bed or two small beds only. I recommend you to ask the room has bath tub or not."

"Without the sign, we wouldn't know it's a hotel, small but it's nestled to everything, few mins walk to Sagrada Familia, which was a plus. Breakfast was good as sited in their website."

"The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel’s location was very convenient, and the room was very clean. The room was a little small, but since this was my first trip to Europe, I’m not sure if this is typical of European hotels. Overall, I had a very good experience, especially thanks to the excellent staff and convenient location."
