Modern villa of 240m2 and newly built located in the Porroig area, near Cala Jondal and on the way to Es Cubells. Located in a countryside area with few neighbors, it offers the ideal place to rest and enjoy the island with the family. and friends. Its large plot of land in the middle of nature is an ideal place to connect with the island and its nature. It is also very well located; about 10 minutes from the airport and the best beaches on the island. License number ETV-1980-E

The house has two floors: On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom, a guest toilet, a spacious living room and a very well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washing machine / dryer. On the first floor there is an en-suite bedroom. suite' that has a double bedroom, a large dressing room and a private bathroom. All rooms have private terraces with views of the countryside and nature and air conditioning.
The house is located on a fenced plot of about 7000 m2 and offers several terraces with views of nature, barbecue and removable pool to cool off - see last photo!
