"I liked: The owner was very nice and helpful. The villa was clean . Liked the area as was proper Spanish I did not like: The villa is a little dark and the pictures are a little bit dated . Personally think the garden could do with a good cutting etc as most evenings I was bitten as it was over grown"

"Amazing location in the beautiful and Friendly town of Pollença. Accommodation very good with everything you need. Pool just the right size for a daily dip. We had an issue with the air conditioning with in the stay but sorted out very quickly "

"Felt very private and located 10mins walk from the town beach and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood with easy parking and dramatic backdrop of mountains. Lovely property and pool was a huge bonus. Air conditioning in main room and fans in bedrooms made it comfortable. Well equipped kitchen."

Pool was a great size, lovely gardens and plenty of amenities to hand.We only had one thing we think would have helped make the stay even better and that was to have air con in the living room area.It was so hot that the only relief was to go to one of the bedrooms to cool down.Everything else, the bathrooms etc were first class."

"The house is good overall. However, it doesn’t feel well-maintained. After we arrived, the WiFi was not working and had to contact customer service to fix it. The linens and towels feel a bit old and not smelling fresh. The location is not super convenient. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you want a complete getaway from urban life. Next time we will probably just book multiple rooms with a local hotel, as there are quite a lot of serviced hotels on the island, and they offer a similar...
