NICE DOWNTOWN APARTMENT OWNED WITH WIFI AND PARKING QUIET ZONE:
This lovely apartment offers you the chance to enjoy the tranquility of the area, as well as the beach and the town center, just 3 minutes walk.

Up to 5 people, it has a living room, all decorated with modern furnishings, which makes it very cozy. The kitchen, with dishwasher, is integrated into the dining room. 2 bedrooms with wardrobes (1 with double bed and 1 with three single beds) share a bathroom with shower. It also includes WiFi network and parking.

It is located in the district of Tueda, where we can find the Museum of Sparkling wine and Champagne, the CAP, as well as shops and supermarkets.

Sant Feliu de Guixols is a small town located in the heart of the Costa Brava. Thanks to its Mediterranean climate, enjoying a mild and pleasant temperature all year. Come discover the coastline of cliffs and coves, a walk along the beach and go with the charm of natural areas that surround it, as the Gavarres or Ardenya massif. You can also enjoy a wide variety of sports and water activities, cultural tourism, water parks, golf and horse riding.

One of the Best Apartments we ever had!Summary:1. Underground car parking with a fixed car place2. Air conditioning for all rooms. It seems quite expensive split-system3. Large bathroom with modern equipment + bide4. Large room with french windows and comfortable places in front of TV and with unlimited WiFi5. The shortest way to the beach is via Carrer d'Àngel Guimerà, but the best beach is Cala Sa Conca (8 mins drive)6. The best restaurant (Japanese) is Novo with the best sea view7. It seems to me that the owners are French people: extraordinary cooking equipment and nice room design with attention to details
