"I had a wonderful stay at EXE Campus in Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. "Don’t waste your time and money go somewhere else rude staff dirty stinky and moldy room we had bugs bites from the dirty blanket bugs crawling on the walls, mold on ac bad smell, dirty bed sheets floor stains everywhere, we changed 3 different rooms and they all smelled terrible and they were one worst than the other, the front desk guy was very rude, when we got there he was screaming at the staff didn’t try to help with our concerns actually told me to shut up ( young guy working at night) he definitely shouldn’t be in this industry. And we weren’t the only people complaining about the dirty rooms and the smell, other guests were disgusted with the cleanliness of the hotel. This is not 4 star hotel, not even a motel,this is a homeless shelter . Never again"
