"We met Mr. Battling in the front desk. He is very professional and friendly. We finished the paper work and got our room keys in no time. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant staff are very friendly and professional, the food was plenty and good. I recommend the hotel for families. The beach is sandy and not that crowded."

"The room was very good with great sea views of Marina. Staff were very helpful . The main reception was average as seating quite tatty. We also ordered food at roof top bar, burgers which were absolutely terrible and inedible. Cheap meat and for 4 star hotel very disappointing."

"Great for families, food and little basic. Updating the rooms but not all were completed. Sunbeds need organising as quite a few where reserved with towels then not used . Mermaid experience was quite expensive. Entertainment was to high standard,"
