"Property is fine, although it is hardly Sitges town centre. It's 20 minutes out of town and 15 minutes from anywhere. Most unhappy about the return of our damages deposit. Although the refund was cleared on 6 Oct, it took until 13 Nov to arrive. Apparently, the deposit had been passed to the property owner in Cuba. Now, why would a management company do that?"

"The title of this listing says the property is 5mins from Sitges but it is more like a 15 min drive so definitely recommend having a car. Taxis were about 15-20 EUR into Sitges. The location is in a village outside Sant Pere de Ribes with nothing there apart from houses. In the hills so nice and quiet but Nearest shop back in Sant Pere de Ribes (7 min drive). "Nice 3 story house. Sleeps 11 . Nice area. You can walk to the beach. The walk goes through the center of the historic town. Very nice beaches within 10-15 min walk. Train to Barcelona is one block down. Umbrellas available at the property to take to the beach as well as towels. Top floor with terrace and pool. Pool is small but enough to dip in. Grocery stores around the corner. Quiet and safe area. Recommend it"

"We stayed in villa Lia with a group of 11 friends and it was fantastic! The villa had everything we needed, was very clean and Maria was very accomodating. She was always on call to help with questions and even helped with arranging transport. The location of the villa is quite far from nearest town or supermarket so a car is preferable, we were waiting for taxis for quite some time. Would highly recommend staying for a relaxing holiday by the pool with friends and family."
