We"ve 2 adults and 2 children in the holiday house and can easly hold more people as indicated and still be confortable. The house is well appointed and updated, forniture is confortable and kitchen has everithing you need. We like to stay at this house multiple times both summer and winter as we find enjoyable, The owner is a lovely person with loads information abouth Salento and who would want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Stuttura a 2 passi dal mare e a pochi km da Gallipoli, inoltre la discoteca più rinomata del Salento il Rio Bò è a 2 km dalla casa.Proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo. Consigliato!!!!!!!!

Soggiorno Stupendo Mare super, unica pecca spiagge super affollate e tante rocce, stabilimenti troppo cari, ma ci sono tante spiagge libere. Lido Conchiglie e piccolina ma carina. Da questo posto si può arrivare un po' da tutte le parti sia Sud Che Nord con poco tempo. Per quanto riguarda La casa del Sig. Oronzo Simpatico personaggio e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi aiuto possa servire.

We have rented the smaller apartment for just a few days and arrived with four persons. We had a great und unforgetable time in Lido Conchiglie, the apartment is very clean and offers everything you will need for your stay. The sea is just around the corner, you will by there by one minute. Oronzo was one of the nicest and helpful lessors I have ever met and did everything to make our inhabitation flawless. We would like to thank him again for this thoughtful and warmly contact and hope to come back one day.

Abbiamo soggiornato con i miei amici in questa casa vacanza immersa in un luogo davvero suggestivo Lido Conchiglie lontano dal caos a cui siamo abituati. Il mare a 2 passi (fatto il bagno esperienza super) e tutte le principali città raggiungibili in pochi minuti d'auto.Proprieatario cortese e disponibile. Da provare!!!! Jana

Siamo stati in questa struttura nella settimana di Natale , casa accogliente, proprietario ancor di più. Davvero una piacevole scoperta, inoltre la posizione dell'immobile è ideale in quanto permette di visitare agevolmente e in poco tempo tutte le località più in voga del Salento.Il paesaggio che dire TOP !!!! Leider waren wir nur zu kurz in Lido Conchiglie. Der Ort liegt nahe bei Gallipoli und eine Besichtigung dieser Stadt sowie der Stadt Lecce ist dringend geraten. Die FeWo selbst ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und der Vermieter Oronzo ein sehr netter zuvorkommender Mann. Zum Strand sind es maximal 100 Meter und man konnte jetzt im Oktober noch im warmen Wasser sehr schön baden. Gerne wieder

È un piccolo angolo di mare da cui si può ammirare da un lato Gallipoli e dall'altra la Montagna Spaccata. Molto centrale per poter visitare tutti gli altri posti della zona. Una menzione speciale va ad Oronzo persona squisita, sempre pronta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e a consigliarci il meglio per la nostra vacanza. Ci tornerò !!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanza in 2 famiglie premetto che non sono mai stata nel Salento, e venendo da Treviso è stato amore a prima vista.La casa è vicina al mare cristallino e le principali località turistiche sono raggiungibili con pochi minuti di auto.Il proprietario Oronzo persona garbata e a modo che con il suo saper fare ci ha fatto scoprire e quindi innamorare delle bellezze del territorio.Ormai questa casa sarà il mio riferimento per le mie prossime vacanze .....Salento ci vediamo l'anno prossimo stessa casa stesso mare !!!!!!!!

E' il secondo anno che alloggio in questa struttura, formata da 2 appartamenti e già quello passato sono stato benissimo, questo, è stata la conferma. Appartamento ottimo, completo di tutto, anche di biancheria, è posizionato a pochi km da Gallipoli. Dalla terrazza attrezzata, si può vedere uno scorcio di mare molto bello. Oronzo ed Elisa sempre presenti e premurosi, sono sempre pronti a dare indicazioni e consigli per rendere sempre piacevole il soggiorno. Un saluto ed un abbraccio...a presto !!!

Appartamenti vicini sia al centro che al mare.Inoltre i ristoranti e i servizi (supermercati, tabacchi) sono a 2 passi da casa. La pulizia e la buona cura del complesso ne fanno una giusta scelta. La struttura data la vicinanza al mare-locali e tranquillità e divertimento con amici ne fanno una soluzione ideale. Lo staff è sempre a disposizione su consigli per serate e altro. Esperienza da rifare!!!!!!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura io e i miei amici, ci siamo trovati subito in sintonia con il proprietario Oronzo persona gradevole e pronta a consigliarci il meglio per le nostre vacanze.La casa è posizionata in un punto strategico che in pochi minuti ti permette di raggiungere tutte le località più interessanti del Salento.Inoltre il mare cristallino è a 2 passi da casa....CONSIGLIATO !!!!! Questo appartamento è l'ideale per chi come me e i miei amici vuole godersi il divertimento e la bellezza del Salento. La casa è vicina alle principali mete turistiche e di divertimento, inoltre il mare è raggiungibile a piedi. E che ne dire? Fantastico!!! Abbiamo trovato sorprendente la disponibilità del proprietario che ci ha aiutato quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. L'appartamento è ampio e pulito. Consigliatissimo!!!

Siamo stati io e i miei amici in questa casa vacanza trovata per caso, ma ci è andata davvero bene in quanto il mare (davvero cristallino) è a 1 minuto da casa, Gallipoli a 5 minuti d'auto e la discoteca Rio Bò è a meno di 3 minuti da casa.Che dire del proprietario sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e a consigliarci il meglio per la nostra vacanza.Esperienza da fare per chi è alla ricerca di una casa nel bellissimo SALENTO!!!!
