Breakfast is very good selection and delicious and nice staff. Reception desk staff is kind and helpful. Only shuttle bus driver is grumpy and No response When asked short question with Japanese.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor, but it had a wide stairway to upper floors.
