"Ignacio was very nice. However, The property needs maintenance. AC in The downstairs master did not work and mattress was very uncomfortable, kitchen cabinets handles were loose. Bathtub upstairs was clogged. Was a short time and enjoy Sevilla!"

"Large property and gardens, very clean on arrival and had more than adequate glasses, crockery etc. Good size pool cleaned twice per week and garden well maintained. Walking distance to Gines which had plenty of bars and restaurants which are friendly, serve great food and very reasonably priced. 15 minute drive to Saville which is well worth a few visits. Cant recommend enough."

"Overall it was a beautiful property with enough space for our family of 10. It was clean and nicely arranged. We all had the same comment about the kitchen in which you would expect to have some basic equipment such as a peeling knife, a whisker and other small basic equipment that would bring the kitchen to the standard of the home and cost. The property is probably more adapted to summer than winter stays."

The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to do any cooking, and communication with the property owner was easy. We finished every evening on the rooftop with a glass of wine - definitely a highlight! Would stay here again, for sure."

"we were really pleased with this villa, it was so clean and the owner has thought of almost everything a large family would need, we were a group of 10 people, there was lots of room for everyone to have space should they wish and 5 bathrooms was great as almost all the kids were wanting to come out of the beautiful large swimming pool and shower, even the shampoo and body washes were provided. the villa is in a big plot with well maintained gardens. The owner was regularly in contact with me...
