"Check in with automatic machine worked well but the keys did not open the door. Very frustrating and no reply on emergency phone number. After 15 minutes we found a way to open the doors "

"The amenities were useless, the pool was locked up, the sauna is for a fee paid in coins apparently. But the worst thing is that we didn`t get breakfast AT ALL, even though it was also clearly stated as included in the listing. In actual fact we didn`t even see or meet anyone there. NO breakfast kind of ruined it. Even the hot drinks machine wasn`t available, empty trays and food containers... Be aware when you book."

"Really charming and friendly staff at the desk. Great room with everything we needed. Quiet and clean. Great choices at breakfast although the space could be larger to accommodate as many guests as wanted to sit. "
