"We had a delightful five-night stay at this hotel in July. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the cable car, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There’s plenty to do in the area, and most attractions are included with the complimentary Katschberg card you receive upon check-in. Guests have access to a free uncovered car park, with the option to pay for the underground car park. The spa and wellness suite is fantastic, featuring several covered pools and hot tubs, including two outdoor hot tubs connected by a small slide. Our daughter loved the children’s club, which was open from 9 am to 8 pm daily, with a movie shown in their dedicated cinema room each night. The food was excellent, with three different main course options (meat, fish, and vegetarian) available each night, along with a varied children’s buffet, starters, cheese, and dessert courses. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel."
