The hotel is opposite the funicular railway which connects walkways in the mountains between Flachau, Wagrain and St Johan. Especially fun for families with kids, there is a lot to do! After picking up my GF late from the train, we were greeted by the owner and asked if we wanted dinner the following evening. No cancellation fee was disclosed nor did we agree to one.
