"A once fabulous hotel started to age. While things are okay, many items could be repaired or updated. Lightbulbs vibrate and hum loudly in the room. One of them was so loud that I could not dare to keep on. Else the carpets in the elevator need replacement. The bath tub ranks in the most slippery category and felt dangerous, the shower curtain refuses to move, and the tub does not drain well. Calls to reception are not being answered and staff is absent during checkout causing 15min delays."

"The Fairway Hotel is ideally located when on a Business trip to the area. My Room was huge, initially we were meant to be two people travelling. The Shower is great with very good water pressure and very nice and hot to wake you in the morning. The staff were amazing showing me where I could iron my shirts for my meetings. The hotel is a short drive to Heidelberg, one of my favourite cities in The World. There is a very decent Coffee Shop and Pizza place close to the hotel. Not many other facilities in the area, so going into Heidelberg for a selection of restaurants is always a pleasure"

"This is a 5 star hotel all the way ! One of the most beautiful properties I have ever started at in my life, and I have stayed at many 5 star properties all over the world. Ha my only complaint would be that the bath towels were thin but really that is at. Just a locked beautiful place."
