"Well located, very clean room with nice amenities, friendly staff. We did not eat the breakfast, but bar for a nightcap was so welcome."

"This hotel was perfect! Our room was clean and big, they offered chocolates when we arrived and treats in the fridge in our room (even a to-go bag of goodies for our train ride to our next location). Staff was super friendly. Location was very central, so easy to get to the Fortress, Palace, shopping areas, tours and train station. Def go to the rooftop bar/restaurant. The view is unforgettable and the food/drinks were great. Didn’t have great food at Pitter Keller, maybe we got there too late. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The facilities available at the property for location and value for money were excellent! We didn’t do the buffet breakfast as this was 28 EUR pp but the gym and sauna were excellent and the check in and check out experience incredibly efficient also. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had an excellent night’s sleep - would come back!"

"Great hotel for sightseeing in Strazburg! Close to the station and very very walkable to the old town. Restaurant is great with good food and friendly staff. Beer garden is awesome!"

"Great location! Staff was helpful and nice. There was plenty of staff which was great. Some places have minimal staff which can be frustrating checking in/out, asking questions, etc. They were well staffed. Shout out to Julia. She went above and beyond to help me with a few things. She took initiative, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She’s an asset to the hotel for sure!"
