"Hotel is easy to reach. Check in is somewhat difficult. Only 2 computers available when no Staff is available. Parking is 12€, which is rather expensive. Room was nice and clean. Pressure in the shower was very low. Overall, good hotel for a break while traveling further to Slovenia or Croatia"

Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. "Very close to the Graz Train Station. We arrived at midnight and staff were great at welcoming us. The place was well decorated and stocked with snacks, beer, etc. in a nice and cozy lobby. Will definitely stay again when I need an early morning train. "
