2 x Modern, bright 2 bedroom apartments which are next door to one another and identical. They are the only 2 apartments occupying the 4th floor of the building, and so are ideal for groups or 2 families. (Please see VRBO listing no 11206433 for 2nd apartment) Each apartment Sleeps 4-6 people- (4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults max. Please see price rental notes) and the 2 apartments used together, are ideal for groups of 8 people to 12 people maximum ( depending on group make-up). Situated in the best location in St Anton am Arlberg in the pedestrian zone, in centre of village. 4th floor (TOP) of nice building with lift to the 3rd floor.

CAR HIRE. DON'T FORGET SNOW CHAINS!! Available form all the airports. Buy a tax disc at Austrian border if you are hiring outside of Austria (Not expensive but BIG fines) Petrol cheaper in switzerland than austria, so fill up on swiss side.
COACH to St Anton from Zurich, Innsbruck
Arlberg Express (Zurich) operate a coach service to St.Anton at weekends. Cost is approx 45 Euro one way or 85 Euro return. You should be aware that this is a shuttle and the bus will most likely go via several resorts and at busy times the transfer can take several hours. Tel No. 0043 5582 226

Flying from UK/Ireland/ transfers etc: There are several airports that you can fly into - I would recommend Memmingen, Innsbruck, Zurich or Salzburg but you can also use Basle & Munich (Easyjet) or Stuttgart (German Wings) but these are further away from the resort. Also for those of you wanting to fly from Ireland: Ryanair fly to Memmingen & Salzburg from Dublin. Air Lingus fly to Zurich, Salzburg & Munich from Dublin, Cork, Knock & Shannon.

Flying to Innsbruck. Closest airport to ST Anton: INSBRUCK.
BA, Easyjet & Thomson fly into Innsbruck from Gatwick. It is very easy to get from Innsbruck to St.Anton, either by Train, Car or taxi. Air Berlin fly into Innsbruck from Stansted but only on Thursday & Friday. A problem that you can encounter when flying to Innsbruck is being diverted to somewhere like Munich or Salzburg if the weather is bad at Innsbruck. Always check your flight prior to your return journey home in case of diversions
Train: There is a train service to St.Anton from Innsbruck. Simply take a taxi from the airport to the railway station, all you need to do is check the train times to see how they will work with your flight - journey planner http://www.oebb.at/en/index.jsp
BY CAR The journey from Innsbruck to St.Anton. Very easy, 1 hour and mostly dual carriageway. Leave the airport and follow the signs to the A12. When you reach the A12 follow the signs towards Bregenz and Arlberg. Stay on the A12 all of the way until you reach the exit for St.Anton.

Marvelous ski location
Location is spectacularly convenient. Small, unusual floor plan. Two spaces-one w toilet & sink, the other with shower & sink. Difficult for 6 people / 1 toilet. Kitchen cooking & dining space is very tight but adequate. One person of our party is gluten-free so we cooked in a lot. Could not figure out the “oven “ part of the microwave so we cooked everything stovetop. Beds were comfortable. Street is noisy. No major complaints. Owner supplied all essential needs and has basic supplies.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. Really nice rooms and very clean and tidy. All the essentials that were needed we had. Nice balcony with a veiw. Perfect location, only around a 400m walk to the main lift. However far enough away from the highstreet to not be disturbed by late night drinkers. This was a great location right on the pedestrian zone of St. Anton. We really loved the living room area, it was comfortable for a family of four to sit and watch a movie. Please note that there is no oven in the unit so cooking was somewhat limited. Overall we were really happy with the apartment.

Sehr schönes Appartement und super Lage - großartige Skiwoche
Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen, so dass alles zu Fuß erreicht werden kann, ob Skilift, die Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants oder verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist komplett und sehr schön eingerichtet, hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
