Unit 304, at Sanibel Siesta on the Beach is 77 steps to our private sunning, swimming, shelling beach! The owner takes great pride in this updated relaxed beach condo. Unit 304 is rated exceptional by Vrbo guests. The condo is ideal for couples,families, snowbirds, reunions, chic trips,etc. Recent updates include new impact sliders in living and dining rooms, some new artwork, kitchenware,new rugs, pack and play, highchair, new king nectar mattress in master bedroom, new 55 inch t.v in living room, etc. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare gourmet meals.The condo has 3 flatscreen tv’s, 2 stereos, 3 dvd’s,etc. The condo has a walk-in shower with seat in guest bath. There is a den off the master bedroom with couch and a telework desk with a view of the landscaped lagoon. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Previous updates include new lamps, guest room furniture, new tile floors, etc,.The guest room has twin beds, comfortable chair ,tv and dvd. The condo has games, puzzles, dvd library, books and 3 charging stations.The private garage has a beach wagon, beach chairs ,beach toys and spf50 beach umbrella!  The large screened lanai seats 6 and overlooks the lagoon, large heated pool with tiki hut umbrellas and partial view of the Gulf of Mexico.There are two golf courses nearby, bike rental onsite for 25 miles of bike trails, barbecue grills and 2 restaurants next door. Sanibel Siesta has the best office staff around to help you Monday thru Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 9-12 for your convenience. This slice of paradise has lots of extras to make your stay special! Simply relax and enjoy the beach and pool! RSW airport is only 50 minutes away….Come stay….Sanibel makes memories!

Unit 304 was protected by shutters during hurricane Ian . The condo was spared with no water damage. what you see in this photos is still how it remains. Fresh paint was added but colors are the same .

Convenient and Easy

This unit is easy to get to and located in an easy to access location on the island. It is also just steps from the beach, shells, and sunsets! We had a terrific time and used all the amenities offered. The kids enjoyed the beach toys and pool, and we enjoyed watching them from the provided beach chairs! Annie was extremely responsive with all of my questions (where to eat, buy groceries and more!).

Great location

After a hiccup with check in, which the host made up for, this was a great stay! The property managers were as nice as could be as well. Love the location and proximity to the beach!

Perfect Anniversary Venue

I booked 25th wedding anniversary stay in April 2024. Then Debbie, Helene and Milton hit Florida west coast. My sponsor Ann provided timely update on the property and reassured us that all would be great. Ann's objective updates wer very helpful and enabled us to have our best anniversary trip ever. Happy return to Sanibel

My family has stayed in Sanibel many times over the years. This was our first trip back since Hurricane Ian. There is a lot of construction going on, but it meant there were few people on the beach. The shelling was the best I've ever seen. We had a great stay. The owner was communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. Loved the screened in porch and the proximity to the beach. Was great to have the beach items in the garage for use and the bike rentals on property! Such a beautiful island, we loved our stay!

Great Girls Get-away!

My 2 daughters and I recently returned from a much needed girls trip. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. It was close to the beach (which we definitely wanted) and large enough for us to be comfy during our down time. But the unexpected part was the excellent communication with the owner, Annie. She answered every question we had and offered great suggestions for our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever lucky enough to be able to come back!!

Relaxing beach getaway

I had a relaxing getaway at the condo in Sanibel. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The space is well appointed and comfortable. The owner is welcoming and helpful. The location of the property could not be better. It is truly paradise being able to spend time in Sanibel and just enjoy the beach and pool without having to bring anything. We will defintiely be back!

Peaceful Getaway

There are nothing but good things to say about this property, its location to the beach , the owner , and Sanibel itself. The condo is well kept and overall clean. It could use a little updating but it’s truly the location and the owner who make this property magical. Annie is literally the best owner I have ever dealt with thru VRBO. She not only communicates very well but she genuinely wants you to have a good time offer recommendations for food and shopping. The people who live on the Island are equally as welcoming. Would recommend this property to many keeping in mind that the glitz and glam doesn’t come from the physical appearance of the condo itself but from the beautiful heart of the owner, and the magical peace of the community within the Island. .

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for us! It really is just steps from the beach and the pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature. The condo had everything we needed. Our young children especially appreciated the beach toys and we loved having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas. We had 4 adults and 2 children and everyone was very comfortable. Thank you for a great vacation!

Me and a few friends visited for a few days, and could have used a few weeks!! Very nice place, just wish the shelling was better. Hopefully the ecosystem can replenish quickly.

Girl's Trip

My friends and I (6 teachers on summer break;) had an incredible time during our girl's trip to Sanibel Island. The condo was in the perfect location, allowing us to visit multiple beaches around Sanibel. Among all the beaches we visited, we unanimously agreed that the one near the condo was the best by far. Our host, Ann, was simply amazing. She was incredibly accommodating, checking in on us regularly and providing excellent recommendations for dinners and outings. Ann even made sure we had more than enough beach chairs for our daily relaxation by the shore. I cannot recommend this condo and host highly enough - they both deserve an A++++ rating. I am confident that anyone visiting the area will fall in love with it just as we did.

Perfect in every way

From the moment we walked into Unit 304 at Sanibel Siesta, I knew we had chosen the perfect condo.Everythingwas so well stocked from beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage to every utensil and appliance imagineable in the kitchen. The seaside motif throughout the condo was most refreshing and uplifting. The mirrored walls made the area seem bigger and reflected the gorgeous, well maintained outside as well. We were able to stay only three nights this trip, but plan to enjoy an entire week next time.

A little Worn

The complex is in a great location just steps from the beach. The beach here is plentiful, beautiful and not at all crowded. We did not like the lagoon running through the center of the complex. It is murky unattractive and lends a dank smell to the area. Pool is great. Beach equipment was as described. There are bar b q grills on the premises that we did not use. The unit has an extra room off the master that smells moldy, we kept it closed which made the Master dark Having a garage was very nice. Sheets are limp and stained. Towels are professionally replaced which is great. Living Room rug is ratty. Unit just needs a refresh and new linens. It is one of the only places available for short rental on the beach. The owner Ann is very nice. Since we did not cook or eat here we just feel we should have stayed at the hotel next door for less money. ..but then I have a thing about decent sheets.

Relaxing stay on Sanibel Island

Both my friend and I had the same immediate first impression after we arrived - we thought this condo was probably one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in on vacation, so that was much appreciated! Short walk to the pool and the beach was very good. Pool is in excellent shape and the pool area is a well-maintained area. No place is perfect, so there are always things to be found that can be improved - for example, the mattresses in both of our rooms could be updated and have provided more support (both of us thought they were not very comfortable to sleep in). Kitchen was adequately stocked for two of us. The complex overall was quiet in the evenings. Loved that you can bring a dog with you to the beach at this condo unit! Condo is a short drive to some very good restaurants.

Nice Girl's Get-a-way Weekend!

We visited this great condo for our 30's trip before Thanksgiving. The weather was perfect, the pool was peaceful, and the condo gave us the perfect place to relax, swim laps, and lounge. This was our first trip to Sanibel, and we will def. come back in the future. The living area is very comfortable and the entertainment center/TV is just wonderful. Dinners on the porch were nice in the evenings. We cooked for 2 of our 4 nights, which helped save money on eating out. The kitchen is well stocked. (*Note: Owners cannot keep ANY spices or spray oil etc. for use....so keep that in mind when planning your trip. Also, buy groceries BEFORE coming onto the island....way cheaper!) The condo is convenient to two great ice cream shops....consider renting bikes on site! We loved our trip, and recommend this condo to anyone who wants to get away from the busyness of home.

Coming back to Sanibel

Everything was fine with the property. We were disappointed that the small den off the master bedroom had no AC so we couldn't use it for our grandchild to sleep in. We managed to put single blowup mattress by the master bed. Was nice to have the garage with beach equipment and toys. They accomomadated us with a second vehicle. We didn't use the bedroom tv's but was nice to have. If we had stayed longer would have made use of movies and games. Walk to beach was just right amount. I would recommend this property. We actually lived here in the 1980s. Have made many trips back. First time staying at lighthouse end of Island. August is not a busy time. The fishing wasn't good. That and shelling are better at other times of year. But this was when our daughter could come. We still enjoyed our time and staying at the property was great.

Sanibel Apartment

Wir waren direkt nach den Hurricanes dort und es liefen überall noch Aufräumarbeiten. Die Insel ist doch ganz schön mitgenommen. Das Apartment war ok. Man ist wirklich direkt am Strand, das ist toll. Größe und Ausstattung sind gut, aber es ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Stühle Lösen sich teilweise auf und wir fanden die Einrichtung eher kitschig.
