Sundial Resort - Magnificent Gulf View condo - B402

The heated, beachfront, pool is open and located right behind the building. The elevator has been repaired and has reopened.

This non smoking, top floor, home away from home has stunning gulf views. The unit sits slightly behind the beachfront building but, it is about as close to beachfront as you get, without paying beachfront prices. Located at the quiet, west end of the Sundial complex, it is steps to Sanibel's beaches and away from the commotion and crowds of the resort.

The building has an elevator and a wagon for hauling your belongings to the unit and beach.

A full sized, front load, washer and dryer are in the unit.

Wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, across the bedroom and living room, maximize the breathtaking view. The sliders open to a, full width, screened lanai and the, fourth floor, location affords the security to leave the sliders open, to enjoy the sound of the surf and the sea breezes.

The bedroom is walled off from the living room, making it convenient for an extended stay or when sharing the unit. A comfortable, queen, sofa bed, with linens, is available for additional guests.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Towels are provided for bath, kitchen and beach.

The unit is well stocked with everything I could think of that might be needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), tea pot, crock pot and all that you need for cooking and dining.

You will find a 50" smart TV, in the living room, and a 43” smart TV, in the bedroom. Both have cable with a Blu-Ray/DVD player. A small DVD and book library. You will also find games and puzzles provided for your use and a small, take one,/leave one, book library. Free wifi is available.

Two 1-speed bikes and helmets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels and coolers are available, for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE USE OF THE RESORT AMENITIES, such as the resort pool, fitness room and hot tub. If you desire these amenities, you must rent through the resort. They have offered a "Daycation" option that gives access and includes a food/beverage credit to be used that day ONLY. Weekdays are the best deal. Contact the resort directly for more information. (866) 565-5093. Reservations are recommended.

The resort bar, tiki bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop, market and all resort restaurants are open to the public, so feel free to enjoy them.

The tennis and pickleball courts are, also, open to the public and may be reserved through the resort, for a fee. (866) 565-5093.

Just Amazing

This unit is very nice, well appointed, and well stocked. Anything you need for the beach is provided, it made our stay more comfortable. And the VIEW, just amazing! You can’t go wrong with the easy access to the beach, it’s so close you can come back to the unit for anything you need within two minutes. And it’s centrally located to all the great spots on Sanibel. This will be our go-to place from now on.The owner is very friendly and communicative, a true pleasure to work with.

The unit was perfect for our stay. The view was beautiful, and the unit had everything we could need. Paula has seriously thought of everything. I have never stayed in such a well-appointed vacation home before. The resort where the property is located, is beautiful manicured - both the beach and pool are steps away. We definitely would like to stay again, just next time for longer!

Room with a view

Fantastic stay at this extremely clean, comfortable condo with everything you could possibly want. The view from the living room, bedroom and balcony was beautiful and it was so relaxing listening to the gulf waves. We had the use of bicycles, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even a wagon to cart your items to the beach. Miles of uncrowded beautiful beaches with lots of shells. Great location to restaurants and sightseeing. Paula the host was quick to answer any questions. We will definitely book here again. Great experience!

Amazing Accommodations

Property allowed for a beautiful view of the beach. The room was beautifully decorated and fully equiped with anything that someone would need. Storage room had everything a traveler would ever need for the beach or bike rides around the island. This was a truly amazing property and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the island.

Feels Like Home

This property was perfect for our family of 3. We have stayed at several properties at the Sundial Resort - all booked through VRBO type sites - and by far, this property offers the most as far as the amenities available (ie. bikes, beach toys, sun chairs, etc). Paula even has the unit stocked with the basics (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, laundry soap, etc) which is really nice! At some of the other properties we've stayed at, we've had to purchase these items. We look forward to staying here again!

Life is good at the beach!

We loved the SI vibe! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 for the week…the location…all of the extras included made it easy to travel to and still have access to everything one could want on vacation… the comfort of the space… the top notch customer service and availability of the owner…and so much more. The wall to ceiling doors that slide open was the best feature of the condo, especially with the view and screened in lanai.

Ultimate relaxation

This property made our very first visit to Sanibel Island a remarkable experience. We planned for a week of rest & relaxation and that’s exactly what we got! The owner really has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay! We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the gulf, our walks on the beach, and getting around the island on the bikes she has available. The condo is very clean and inviting and well maintained. Our only regret was not utilizing the beach chairs and umbrellas. But, we will do that next time because we would definitely come back to this condo!

20 year anniversary

We had an amazing time at Paula’s condo. The view was fantastic, she has everything you need in the condo or storage to make your stay complete. Her info binder in the condo really helps you navigate the island! We look forward to planning another trip and staying here again!

There was a beautiful view of the beach from the lanai. A short walk across the parking lot and we were on the beach. The beach equipment provided enhanced the stay immensely! We found many beautiful shells!! The room was great! The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very nice! The kitchen was nicely furnished. We loved our stay here💕💕

Fantastic place and location!

We had a fantastic time at this condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach stay, including beach chairs and towels and sand toys and bikes. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean and comfy. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean each morning and having the beach so close. Our only complaint is that we had to leave when our vacation was over :( wish we could stay forever!

Perfect Vacation Condo

My family and I loved the condo. We were there for a long weekend. It has a magnificent, beautiful ocean view. Absolutely everything we needed was in the condo to make it a perfect stay. I have to say that my niece loved the boogie board. I would love to stay there again.

Great Location

The property has beautiful views of the gulf and is well stocked with a cart, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. We spent hours by the water. Be sure to catch the sun rise each morning and then take a bike ride to the shops or the Shell Museum. The property is very clean and a perfect space to relax.
