"Shell Haven" is a beautiful, fully renovated ground level pool home featuring 3 bedrooms/2 baths in the Gumbo Limbo neighborhood. This exquisite home boasts coastal, modern flair and an inviting, open floor plan - great for the whole family. Updated bathrooms and kitchen are sure to please bringing all the comforts of home to your new island oasis. Come and enjoy the fabulous outdoor space and spend your days in your private pool overlooking the lake and all the local wildlife in your new backyard! This home also comes with a street legal golf cart and A/B beach parking pass, making it that much easier to get to and from your favorite local beach spots!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (Streaming Only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, golf cart w/ beach pass. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Golf cart use will require an additional signed waiver and is restricted to guests who are 25 years or older who can provide a copy of their driver's license & insurance.

Wonderful home in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was just perfect. Lots of space in a lovely neighborhood. The golf cart was wonderful. Will be back next year for 2 months!!
