The master suite has a king bed and access to the private screened lanai. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond and a side view of the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen has had a makeover featuring granite counters. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat screen TVs with DVD/VCR players, queen size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from the on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! Just steps to the beach and pool. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
