This pretty 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit has been recently updated and features all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed and new California closet. The guest bedroom has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The fully equipped kitchen has been recently updated with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including ice and water on the outside of the refrigerator door. Other amenities include ceiling fans, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen size sofa sleeper, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas BBQ grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
