3-Bedroom Villa with Breathtaking Gulf Views & Rooftop Sundeck | Private Beach Unit 17

Experience luxury living in this fully renovated townhouse featuring a stunning kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, seamlessly flowing into a spacious great room with soaring ceilings and tile floors. Enjoy panoramic views from the large screened lanai and rooftop sundeck. With completely redone bathrooms, a primary bedroom on the top level, and fully furnished accommodations, plus ground-level parking and storage, this property offers convenience and comfort. The first bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

This unit has a crows nest, which is a small balcony on the roof with FANTASTIC views on the gulf.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.

All units have beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The TV s have Roku, no cable at this time.
