"Condo complex pool, hot tub and gas grill stations were not up and working despite claims to be functioning amenities on advertised listing. Likewise, picture of the grounds was clearly taken pre hurricane -- and not representative of current construction site it honestly is. Overall, unit itself is beautiful and newly remodeled, location is great -- when amenities do get rebuilt, they will be very nice -- just need to make sure other guests are aware they are not presently available. "This is a lovely condo with killer views. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. The hosts provide everything you need for the beach from towels to chairs to umbrella. The only thing we would add would be an additional medium sized cooking pot - there was a small one and a huge one, but we made do. They are still finishing up Pointe Santo landscaping as well as exterior stucco, so there was a lot of construction noise, but they are very close to finishing. We will stay again!"

Entire complex is older but well maintained with nice grounds, pool, easy access to beach etc. Close to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the free bike availability for a number of outings. Master BR looks out on grounds with some view of Gulf. Kitchen was satisfactory but a bit lacking in amenities like cutting board, veg peeler, strainer etc."

"We had a great time at this property! The property seems to be recently renovated so everything was in excellent shape (kitchenware, bedding, beach chairs and umbrella were like new Tommy Bahama). We were on the 2nd floor above 2 units and next to 1 unit and the apartments were very soundproof. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes. We brought our dog who appreciated the fenced in area. I’d definitely recommend staying here if this is your price range!"

"We came from St. Louis…3 adult siblings, this unit was perfect! Very clean, and easy door entry with code. It had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Beach towel cooler to take to beach beach chairs. The screened porch was great and full kitchen made it easy to stay in if you wanted. Washer and dryer are very handy, all seating was comfortable.Beach location was ideal, most days we had it to ourselves and the shelling is fabulous. We choose to bike to breakfast everyday which was easy as everything is close. The complex felt safe and in general was well taken care of, also there is a pool. We would definitely stay again!"
