Ideally located, you are 1 km from the town center and 2 km from Lake Sanguinet. You can easily reach it by bike, allowing you to explore our beautiful cycle paths, go boating, or try paddleboarding. Sanguinet offers a wealth of activities, including horseback riding, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, and fishing – something for everyone to enjoy and an unforgettable holiday! You are also just 24 km from Biscarrosse beach, where you can take surfing lessons. The house comprises a living room with a lounge area and a television (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented), a dining area, and a semi-open kitchen equipped with an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The house sleeps four, with two bedrooms each having a double bed (140 cm) and storage. A bathroom and separate toilet for added comfort. Outside, a southeast-facing terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy al fresco dining and sunny days. Your pets (cats, dogs) are welcome.
