"It was the worst’s in all my stay in the country. I felt uncomfortable there. It was not what I was expecting. It did not feel welcome. Something about there dose not feel right. It leave me wondering if I was safe when I was there. It feel really spooky. "

"Staff were polite but not responsive to customer requests. E.g. The room safe was not working and no one came to fix. The TV also didn't work. It's noisy from loud music playing at the bar, as other reviews noted. It's a basic clean 3 star hotel. Chose it for It's proximity to airport and places to eat."

"The staff went out of their way to make my mom feel comfortable. She is vegetarian and the staff made her special foods without us even asking. She walks with a cane and they accommodated her by giving us an Ocean view room next to the restaurant to make her stay as comfortable as possible. The food was farm to table and very delicious. I cannot recommend this establishment enough. The turtle watching tour that was arranged by the hotel was very Insightful. I plan on staying again on my next...
